This notice describes the principal information handled by the DSTS online account, admissions, student, academic and payment systems.
Use DSTS Online Services for account access, applications and protected academic services. Payment availability is shown in your account.
DSTS account and admissions systems may receive your name, email address, contact information, country, education and ministry background, program interest, personal statement, two admissions photographs, student submissions, academic-service requests and other information you choose to provide.
Information is used to create and manage DSTS accounts, review admissions applications, communicate application status within the protected system, administer enrolment, provide academic services, manage assignments and grades, maintain payment records and support legitimate Seminary administration.
Admissions and student records are not displayed publicly. Protected records are available only through authenticated student/applicant areas and authorized DSTS administrative functions appropriate to the account role.
Admissions photographs and student-uploaded files are stored within protected website storage and are made available through controlled access links for the relevant applicant, student or authorized DSTS personnel.
DSTS does not collect or store payment-card numbers in its website database. When secure online payments are activated, card processing is handled through the connected payment provider. DSTS records confirmed payment details needed for receipts and account administration.
The Free Entry Lounge and Biblical Research pages include links to external websites. Those external services operate under their own privacy and data practices.
