ONTARIO-SPECIFIC NOTICE
For students who intend to seek an Ontario paralegal licence, DSTS does not presently represent its Paralegal Studies Diploma as a Law Society of Ontario-accredited paralegal education program. Ontario licensing candidates must independently satisfy the Law Society of Ontario’s current educational, examination, good-character, application, and other licensing requirements.
DSTS may pursue additional approvals or accreditation in the future. Until any such approval is formally obtained and announced, no DSTS legal-studies credential should be described as satisfying a regulator’s licensing education requirement.
